맛있었습니다. 굉장히 부드러운 히레카츠에 감동받았어요. 부드러우면서 육즙도 굉장했고 두껍지않은 튀김옷이 굉장히 잘어울렸습니다. 다만 상로스는 많이아쉬웠는데 크기가 굉장히작아서 마치 일반로스가 나온줄 착각할정도였습니다. 하지만 로스도 쫀쫀하면서 육향이잘느껴져서좋았어요. 상로스 크기가ㅜ 아쉬울따름입니더ㅠ 사장님도 너무친절하셔서 기분좋게잘먹고갑니다.

메뉴: 로스 카츠 가격: 14000원+음료 2000원 일본식 돈카츠를 잘 만들어낸 가게다. 알맞은 온도에 알맞게 튀기지 않으면 고기에서 수분이 빠져나와 튀김옷을 적시나, 이곳의 카츠는 천천히 먹어도 그러한 점 없이 바삭함이 유지되었다. 양은 소식을 한다면 1인분도 많을 것이라 생각되며, 보편적으로 기대하는 충분한 양이었기에 책정된 가격에 부합하는 퀄리티와 맛에 추천할만한 가게라 생각한다. 음식이 나오기까지 10분 정도는 기다려야 하며, 한정수량 메뉴에 관심이 있다면 일찍이 방문함이 좋을 것 같다.

Stumbled upon 카츠오도 by chance and it turned out to be a delightful discovery! From the moment we walked in, the friendly staff, fluent in English, made us feel welcome. They informed us about the free refills on rice, Cole slaw, and sauce, which we happily indulged in. The food presentation was simply stunning, complementing the delicious flavors of their meticulously prepared tonkatsu. The pork was juicy and flavorful, thanks to their unique 192-hour cryo-aging process, enhancing the umami and sweetness. A must-visit for tonkatsu lovers looking for quality and comforting dining experience! 5/5 stars for exceptional service and culinary excellence.

토요일에 갔는데 문 열 때부터 줄이 있었지만 다행히 한 번에 들어갔다. 상로스 카츠를 시켰는데, 15,000원으로 오른 모양. 등심에 가브리살이 붙어 있어서 쫄깃하고 육즙이 풍부했다. 부드러워서 좋았는데, 겨울이라 그런지 문이 열릴 때마다 찬 공기가 들어와서 국도 고기도 생각보다 금방 식어버려서 아쉬웠다.
